This morning I came to Dr. William Clance's office for the very first time. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. I liked that they called me by name and remembered the notes that I wrote in my new patient paperwork. The little details help you understand how well they handle customer care here. The tech that worked with me, I forgot to get her name, was very attentive and caring. I went into the office apprehensive as I haven't had a teeth cleaning in a few years. I left feeling confident! I would absolutely recommend this dental office!
